For existing customers, there are three ways to obtain help:
Access Online Documentation from within Boomer Admin by clicking the Online Help button located on the Home tab. Use the search if necessary to access numerous help topics and instructional videos.
For the fastest response if you can’t find a solution to your issue in Help, email support@tellingstone.com with details and a screenshot if possible.
Including information like Order #, Event, etc. will expedite a helpful response from our team.
